Teechino: A great coffee alternative

Who doesn't love a nice hot cup of coffee on a cool morning? Several research studies even suggest drinking coffee on a regular basis may have some health benefits. Unfortunately for some, however, drinking coffee can cause some undesired side effects. Most people are familiar with symptoms such as insomnia and teeth staining, but there are other more serious side effects such as:

 

Increased anxiety

 

Raised blood pressure

 

Aggravation of digestive issues, i.e., heartburn, IBS, reflux & GERD

 

Poor mineral absorption

 

Worsening of adrenal fatigue

 

So what's a coffee lover to do? Drink Teechino!
