I am a certified holistic health an nutrition coach and a total nutrition junkie that loves to get my hands on the latest research in health and nutrition. Some of this stems from my own health mysteries I've solved (and continue to work on) as well as health issues my family members have needed help with. (My son was sensitive to 49 different foods!!! Yowza!! That one took some figuring out!).
I love-love-love trying to get to the root of the problem and not just putting a band-aid on the situation. That's one of my favorite parts of being a holistic health and nutrition coach. I take a look at the person as a whole to see what's going on, as opposed to following a cookie-cutter protocol for each person. We're all unique and should treat our bodies as such!
As a former teacher, I also love educating people on how to become the healthiest version of themselves. Making changes to your health is not always an easy road and it helps to have someone knowledgable in your corner, guiding you along the way.
When I'm not learning more about health and nutrition, you can find me doing yoga, gardening, singing and spending time with her husband and three kids.
